Team + Trainers
We believe that staying healthy means setting your own pace. All of our trainers are certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to motivate and encourage you with a customized plan. Services offered from our trainers include one-on-one personal training, small group personal training, large group fitness classes, competition preparation as well as "off season" meal and workout plans, counseling for nutritional change as well as personalized online training.
Who we are
We love our community of all ages and take a hands-on approach to run Ascendo in a warm, encouraging manner. We will give you a full orientation along with pricing & class information that will fit any of the busiest schedules. If you see us around please say hello!
